Our goal was to create an affordable, flexible workspace that would be an inspiring workplace. As a design-driven company, we felt it was important to use our studio as a three-dimensional showcase for our design capabilities.

As an architectural and construction firm, we embraced the design and construction process as an organic process, with the design and finish detailing evolving and adapting as the project progressed.
